So in honor of my 3 month anniversary I took these progress pictures and I was honestly in awe. The first picture is the only pictures I took before I started this journey and they weren’t even me at my highest weight. I got up to 260.9 before I started really getting into the fitness stuff. Anyway. Looking at these pictures blows my mind. Like I know I have changed. But looking at these pictures really put it in perspective. I’m not the same Persian as I was 3 months ago. It can clearly be seen. 

My stomach is so much smaller. And my back even though it still had flab rolls they are so much smaller. My posture is different and I can move my body way easier. Today when I shaved my legs it took hardly any effort where as 3 months ago it took everything I had to shave them. And even then I couldn’t reach very well. I’ve learned so much about myself in the last 3 months. One of which is I can do this. I’ve lost almost 30 pounds and you know what? It’s still only the beginning. 

When I started this journey I had 110 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight and now? Now there is only 80 pounds. 80 pounds. That number used to seem so daunting. But now I see it as a challenge to see how far I can push myself. I’m up for the challenge and more. My goals have changed a lot over the last 3 months. I can do so much more with my body now than I could. And I want to be able to do so much more. 

When I started out I had no idea where I would get. I had no idea I would be at this weight when I first started. I can’t wait to see what the next 3 months has in store! Look out October. I’m coming for you. 💪🏻👌🏻👊🏻👍🏻
