Top left picture was taken in November with a loss of 7-10 lbs. My starting weight was about 160 lbs (give or take I didn’t have a scale when I started.) I didn’t have a goal weight in mind when I started back in Oct (2014.) I stopped weighing myself as much because I was paying too much attention to the scale. The last time I posted my progress was in Feb (the top two pictures) the bottom two are my progress since then. My current weight is around 120 lbs, and I am finally starting to see progress with my lower stomach. Up until the last couple of months I was on a low carb diet (pretty strict with my carb intake) I am still doing low carb and will continue to be but I allow myself a little bit of carbs here and there from time to time now. My work out routine has deceased in cardio over the last little bit as well focusing on core training, with some HIIT, still doing cardo just not as much. If any one has any recommendations on work outs or whatnot for lower stomach/lower back I would love to hear. Thank you.
