I was really hesitant about doing this at first… but I guess I’m going to have to face my fears. I want to share the progress I’ve made in 4 weeks of eating clean and 10,000 steps 5 days a week with 1 hour pilates everyday too.
(please excuse my hairy belly oml)
On the left I was 159lbs, trying on a pair of jeans I bought the day before. As you can see, I couldn’t do the button up. I was also trying to suck in as much as possible!
On the right, I’m 154lbs and finally able to do the button up. I’ve still got a lot more work to do before I’ll even consider wearing these jeans out but progress is progress 🙂
I just wanted to show that its not always about the number on the scale. It took me a month to lose only 5 pounds but its made a huge difference to my self esteem already. 24(ish) pounds to go!
