I was stuck at 204 for literally the longest time because I wasn’t eating enough so please please please make sure you are eating!!
Working out 5 times a week, 3 days lifting and cardio & 2 days cardio, and eating healthy 80% of the time, 20% eating a damn cookie because I deserve it.
My advice? Keep with it. Don’t give up if you don’t see progress. It’ll come, I promise. Also, you are more than just a number so don’t rely on the scale to tell you how wonderful you are.
