I was feeling sad, because the scale wasn’t showing the results I so desperately needed. But look at this! My weight has stayed the same but I toned up A LOT! I was feeling very down before and now I see that I really needed this progress pic.
Ditch the scale! Take photo’s, measure yourself.
I did this through lots of different types of workout. I tried Insanity, 30 day shred, running and yoga. So far running is my favourite. I use this really good app (Strava) to track my runs and it pushes me to go further every time.
UGW: ~140lbs but mostly happy/healthy 🙂
