ONE MONTH UPDATE: Okay so this may not look like much progress but I see it. The shorts fit better (my “love handles” are shrinking as you can see in the front facing comparison) and my stomach seems to be losing inches. You may also see slight definition in the legs and a slightly rounder booty? I don’t know lol. Anyway I did two circuits of arms (which you can kinda tell look a bit smaller unless I’m delusional) and now I need to get ready for work study!
PS. February was the first month I did zero cardio and only strength/weight training lol
PPS. This also includes the two weeks where I was too overwhelmed with school and stuff to work out more than twice a week.
