If you want to make a change start right now! It hasn’t been easy, but it has been so worth it every step of the way. I feel so vastly different today than when I first started. I’ve gained my health back and obtained a new confidence. It’s been 546 days since I started my weight loss journey. But today it’s day 1 of my wellness journey. An active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. Everyday I will post what I did to get closer to my goals. Start this new journey with me. Join me?
