”After realising I ate way too much and after having a baby! Just realised one day to cut it all out! Began going gym, walking a lot more, still ate certain treats now and again. And it began to drop off me, weight watchers was good too but I found weighing myself every morning and keep track of my own diet was more helpful … It’s all about determination! I still want to loose two stone but I believe what ever size you are happy at you should stay ! Nobody should be a certain weight… I’m 19 and left with many stretch marks from my son but am proud, I think also what helps keeping my weight off is being busy working two jobs, college and being a mum! Stay motivated and determined to be what size makes you happy – Hallie
