Goal: No specific weight goal, but I’d like to get to a pants size 6 or 8 (currently at 12).
My weight has been a struggle my whole life, but it got out of hand the last 4 years. Like most university students, I gained a lot of weight when I moved away from home. Now I’m done school, back home, and realized that had no more excuses for being lazy.
I still eat what I want for my meals but now I eat smaller portions and opt for healthy sides. My daily workout consists of jogging for 45 minutes everyday, 100 squats and then an hour of just free dancing around my room. It’s such a simple and fun idea that I’ve found gives me a great work out.
I’m really proud of myself, and I’m so excited to see the difference come summer 2014.
