I found the photo on the left browsing through my old fb photos. Unfortunately because of the dress you can’t see quite how big I was, but even the bend in my knee is smaller now! I’m real proud of myself. I didn’t start trying to lose weight until 5 months after that picture, and then I stopped again for nearly a year when I went through some ptsd-inducing shit. But I’m back at it and have been for four months. In total I’m down around nearly 30 pounds since I started weighing myself & I’m infinitely happier and healthier.
