Before and during!
All I’m doing is trying to hit the gym everyday and I have a schedule that I follow where each day I focus on a certain body part such as legs and then I always try to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in a day. I also am trying my hardest to eat clean it gets tough at time but you just have to keep pushing through it 🙂
