Started my weightloss journey on April 1st. I cut out beef, pork, fried food, carbs, sweets, juice and soda. I have completely changed my eating habits. I stick to chicken, fish, fruits,veggies and lots of water! I workout 5 to 6 days a week, twice a day. I focus mostly on cardio but I do incorporate small weights in my workouts. I went from a size 16 to a 6! Ive never felt better! Living a healthy lifestyle!
