Hey! I’m charlie. one day i randomly decided that i needed to be healthier and get fit. I started eating healthier foods and using myfitnesspal to keep myself accountable and to keep track of my goals.

im not where i want to be yet but im working for it. im not that into running, so i go on a fast paced walk for a few miles most evenings and that helps me. its tough at first because you just want to wake up the next morning after working out and suddenly be fit and skinny, but if you just keep moving forward, even at a slow pace, youll see progress and start feeling better. it takes time, work, and patience but i know you all can do whatever you want if you put your mind to it! and its totally worth it, trust me.
