On this day 1 year ago, I was so nervous and excited. I was hoping that this surgery would get my health on track and I’m so happy that it has changed my life! My 1 year goal was to lose 125 lbs…and I didn’t quite hit that goal. I’m not disappointed in myself. I’ve lost 114 lbs over the past year, and that is simply amazing to me! Not only that but I’ve gained my life back, my heart has improved, and I’m slowly coming off all my medications. I still have a ways to go before I hit my ultimate goal, but I’m making progress! 2017 will hopefully be my year, y’all! 🎉🎉 (at CAMC Weight Loss Center)
