So this is face progress from 265lbs in April 2014 to 225lbs April 2015, which is about 40lbs in the last year. My highest weight was around 290lbs so the total is about 65lbs. It’s mostly been a diet change and pumped up the exercise up completely. I cut a lot out of my diet, like fast food and soda and whatnot, and tried to cut down my meal size. My exercise went from 10 minutes of cardio and some lifting to an hour just on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the bike, 10 on the stair climber and lifting almost every time I go to the gym.
