The first photo was on Christmas of 2010, the next one was in 2011, the one after was February 2015 and the last on was April 2015.
I’m not entirely sure how much I’ve lost but I’d guess 7-10 kg maybe?
To be honest I was so chubby in the first two photos, awe. When I look at these photos I’m shocked at how far I’ve come, but it motivates me to continue going until I’m fully happy. I’m not close to where I want to be, but I’ll get there one day. Patience is the true key to losing weight, I’ve learnt that fact and accepted it.
