Hello there,

My name is Nadine, 19 y/o from Germany. My height is 179 cm / 5ft 10 in. I’ve struggled with my weight for some time already until I took the pictures on the right (92.2 kg / 203.26 lbs). I decided that day that I had to change something. Since that day I went to gym 4-5 times a week, started eating more and more of fruit and veggies and I cut down on empty carbs like white bread. Also, I started running my blog because I felt it is a great motivation to also see others on their journey. I tried diets before but I find they wouldn’t work for me after all. I’m not willing to control myself that much. I am more about moderation. You can eat whatever you want as long as it is in moderation. Once you start doing lots of sports, it becomes addictive.

The pictures on the left are about 5 weeks earlier. I’m only a bit more than 3 kg / 7 lbs down but I already feel a lot fitter and even people I don’t talk to alot already told me they could recognize a weight loss. This is what keeps me going. My boyfriend tells me how proud he is of me that I won’t lose motivation when I have a bad day and I’m very gratefull for this either. It is only a during picture. I will keep going, at least down to 77 kg / 170 lbs. Maybe more. In first order I want to be healthy, because also my family is a bit cursed with diseases which may come from unhealthy living as well and that’s just not what I want for myself.

Do it the healthy way. Diets only destroy your body, exercise and the right nutrition will strengthen it. Keep going and always be proud of what you already achieved.
