I just would like to post this here and write a little bit about the situation cause I want people to see just how much a month of eating healthy can do. I just want people to know that I’m not finished losing weight, I just want to show you the progress someone my size can make in just ONE month. I achieved this by lowering my calorie intake, exercising 6 out of 7 days a week, drinking lots of water etc, just within one month. On Feb 20th I started this “diet” or “healthy living” weighing at 274lbs. On March 20th I weighed in at 255lbs. Thats almost a 20 pound difference. Now before you freak and say thats a really unhealthy weight loss for such a short period in time, keep in mind that I do eat full healthy meals, and all I’ve been doing is kicking my butt. It is completely possible and simple to lose this much weight and make this kind of progress when you weigh as much as me and do your best.

I’m incredibly proud of myself and I’m so happy I’m actually making a difference with my body. I just want to give the bigger ladies out there some hope that it’s possible and you can do it 🙂 One step at a time!!
