Weight has been steady at around 222lbs. Took a few weeks and ate normal, had some sexy brownies, oreos, fast food here and there. It was good to eat normal and not count calories for a while. Weight stayed steady so proof is in the pudding. Moderation is key.

Comparison is back when I was 270+lbs vs today.
