I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished in a year. Since getting serious about weightlifting 6 months ago I have seen a lot more progress than when I was doing cardio and light weights. I could probably be even closer to my goal if I didn’t eat so many vegan baked goods and did cardio more than once every two weeks but I’m excited to continue improving, getting stronger, and meeting the goals I have set for myself!
