I’ve worked hard for 21 weeks! & this is my progress!
Week 1: 164 pounds, tired, sad, and sick of feeling that way
Week 21: 142 pounds, gaining muscle, feeling great, full of energy, confidence is building
The amazing thing is that the outside progress doesn’t compare to the inside progress. The way I FEEL has changed so much over the past 21 weeks and I’m so excited to continue my fitness & health journey! Abs, I’m coming for you!
