This is 4 months of working out (doing the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide) and eating a healthy diet! I’m ecstatic & I’m re-starting the guide 🙂
I’ve lost 21 lbs so far but I’m not focusing on my weight, I am more focused on the progress I have made mentally & physically!!!
I keep track of my progress on my instagram @makinghealthyahabit , I post usually once a day to keep myself accountable 🙂
