I’m sure I’ll post this to insta or fb eventually, but I wanted to post it here first. This is my first “Before and During” picture. I’ve officially lost 50 pounds and it feels amazing! I’m so proud of myself and even more proud of my body. Thank you body for allowing me to live and holding me up at such a high and dangerous weight. I never treated you right and from now on I’m going to love my body as much as it loves me.
