It’s funny because I remember the day of the picture on the left stopping at Mcdonald’s & getting a Mcchicken & a Mcdouble & a diet coke & it makes me cringe thinking about how much I’d eat at a time & how much pop I use to drink, I remember I hated having to show my arms & stand up in a wedding in front of a bunch of people. In the photo on the right I’m healthy, confident, & feeling better than ever. & for the FIRST time in YEARS wearing size smalls & extra smalls comfortably. I post these photos to inspire others and show that anything is possible. It keeps me humble knowing where I came from, I will never treat people badly because of how they look.
