At the end of 2013, I weighed in at 316 pounds. Since I was only 5’11, I was was no wear near equal on the height/weight ratio. In January of 2014, I made a vow that I wanted to be healthy and get in shape. In November of 2014, I celebrated being down 126 pounds. I am now learning to maintain my weightloss, and I am loving life as a skinny person. After dropping the first 50 pounds using only calorie counting, I joined a gym, got a FitBit, and started working on toning up. I am now an active runner (which I never did before), and I go to the gym daily (though a few times a week, I only go for Yoga and relaxing). At the age of 35, I am finally happy with my body, and look forward to working it out more.
