When I started I could barely do a push up. I pushed myself to go to the gym everyday and push through the pain. If I felt too tired to workout, I always said to myself I will at least do the warm up then I will see how I feel. But once I started I wouldn’t stop.
Did I ever want to give up? All the time
Did I ever have bad diet days? Yes a lot.
But you should never give up over a bad day. Take one day at a time and put the bad days in the past and start fresh tomorrow
