Right: 150lbs’ish
The left was back in 2011 when I was just 16 (not my HW of 250lbs). The right was me a week ago very drunk at 22 lol
I lost 80lbs in 6 months and lost the remaining 20lbs over the next few months, and have been maintaining since.
I’m still not quite at my goal, and determined to get leaner this year 💪🏼
