I’m 170cm tall
Before – 90.3 kilos / 199 pounds
After – 67 kilos / 147 pounds
I QUIT SUGAR!!! I lost 13.3 kilos just taking sugar out of my diet. Including fruits and yoghurts.. I followed the ‘i quit sugar’ program for 12 weeks. I was doing little to no exercise.
The next 10 kilos I lost was using an Australian program which is a meal plan and exercise videos to do at home. I am starting to gain muscle which is really great to see.
