It took a lot of determination and self belief to achieve what I have so far. I spent months looking at other people’s before and afters wishing I could do it but not really thinking that I could.
I managed to get there by joining Slimming World and then shortly after becoming more motivated to go to the gym. I now go ¾ times a week and actually enjoy it!
The best thing that I’ve learnt through Slimming World is everything in moderation.
