About 25 pound difference
One thing i’ve learned is to be content in the little progress you make day by day by eating healthy and going to the gym. You will not loose 50lbs instantaneously by going to the gym one time. Just know that the little things add up to a great difference and in the end it will be worth it! Be patient with yourself and do not be discouraged by the amount of time it might take to change—because when you think about it, how many times have you thought “wow a year just flew by.” Start now and before you know it you could’ve made a big change a year from now.
