During: Im now 151lbs
My highest weight was about the 190 mark in November 2014, I’d lost some weight because of my job walking around but didn’t start eating healthy until January 2015. All I’ve done so far is just change my eating habits. I eat a lot of chicken, quinoa, tuna, veggies and fruit.
I’m going to start exercising but I am quite lazy so need to get my motivation up! It’s nice to see some progress when taking pics 🙂
