This is exactly a 6-week difference and I had already lost about 10lbs in the “before” photos. I wouldn’t let people take photos of me before that. I decided to get healthy in January and I completely stopped drinking alcohol, cut back my portions and started weighing and measuring out all of my foods, as well as going to the gym 7 days/week for a mix of cardio, strength training and stretching with bikram yoga. This is only the beginning for me and I’m already feeling so great! Stay motivated, it’s so worth it!
