I hit my 6 month mark today. I haven’t weighed myself in a few weeks, because after a few months of restrictions from injury, I finally got the ok to add weight training back in and I don’t want to freak myself out with the weight changes that happen at first when gaining muscle. I’m around 180. Size 12.
starting, size 18 or 20 ( I was in denial buying way too small size 16) starting weight 223 I’m going to take about another 3 or 4 weeks off from the scale and just focus on changes in strength 🙂
