I just came across this before picture and I can’t actually believe I let that happen to myself. Now all the hard work has to come in to try and undo years of treating my body like crap. I was 190+ lbs and on the after photo I’m about 150. I still have so much further to go but I’ve just joined a gym and can’t wait to see what is going to happen with my body!
