Left: March 2014 : 250lb , one month after the start of my awareness. Start of elliptical , fitness and healthy food !
Middle: September 2014 : 198 lb, already a long way! I started running at the time.

Right: February 2015 : 180 lb
I was really shocked to see how my body changed in a year. Nothing is impossible .
My resting heart rate is 50, like a champion !

My perfect goal would be to get to 150 lb (5’5). But I already won 🙂

I run 2 times a week I complete with 2×15 minutes of HIIT or home fitness. I eat healthy but I never forget to enjoy myself !
