The picture on the left is from the fall of 2013, I was around 375 pounds at the time. I was at a really low place in my life, and I had turned to food. Then in the Spring of 2014, I decided I needed to change. March 3rd, 2014 is when I began my weightloss journey. I cut out all pop, fast food, fried food, junk food and started dieting. I only drank water and tea and ate fruits, vegetables, and meat. Then in August 2014 I started Insanity, and in December my family got a treadclimber. I rotate between the two and now workout daily. The picture on the right is from April 21, 2015. I’m currently 265 pounds and my overall goal (as of now, I may change it) is 185. I’m down 110 lbs and counting. 😄
