I am mad proud of myself for losing 10 pounds in 3 months the healthy way!! I did it by cutting out soda and sugar, eating more fruits and vegetables, walking daily, and doing a little bit of yoga.
First photo is March 1, when I weighed 120, and the second one is from today, June 3, when I weighed 110 (!)
I have a couple of chronic diseases that left me unable even to stand up at the beginning of the year, and now I can do a walking tour of a downtown (at least a couple of miles) with no trouble. Not only did I lose weight, but I improved my health and fitness too.
I feel great. Anyone can do this as well!
