I don’t know what I did, because I haven’t been training over the past 2 weeks, and I’ve been eating like absolute shit. But I woke up today weighing 64.6kg still, and my stomach looked like this (right).
Think my body is cutting me a break, this was definitely motivation to get back to it, skipping workout and eating badly is only cheating myself. Need to keep looking at the photo on the left and remind myself to never get back there.
