My weightloss progress so far. I started in may this year with the highest weight I ever had. That time I was in a complicated relationship and ate too much. Since we broke up I started to focus on myself and my body. I still haven’t reached my goal weight or my dream body but I feel so much happier and confident. A few times I thought of giving up but I always got back on track.
I go to the gym every second day for almost 2 hours and try to eat healthy. I’m more than motivated to lose more weight and gain muscle.
