The other day I finished my 2ND round of insanity max 30! I’m now on round 3!
I am 5’7
And the LEFT I weighed a little over 226
Now on the RIGHT I weigh 168! That’s 58 POUNDS IN ALMOST 4 MONTHS!! CRAZY!!!!!
I’ve never weighed under 200 and it feels amazing:) I’m not stopping, I’m continuing on my journey!
