It all takes time.
Time, effort, willpower. You need to change a lot and it isn’t easy. I struggled with the eating part for so long. Coming from a Binge Eating Disorder I needed to learn that even the so called “unhealthy” foods are okay in moderation. The key is to eat healthy 80% of the time.
I learned a lot of new recipes and am still learning to be 100% comfortable with my body.
But with hard work and never giving up I got here. I got so far. No more bingeing.
A complete new lifestyle, a new me.
