Hi my name is Mandie! I started my weight loss journey in 2012 and I have been going strong since. I have lost a total of 75lbs over the years and am back at it. I hit a plateau for a bit in between but I am ready to keep my journey going. When I started, I started out counting calories and exercising in my room 3x a week. As the pounds started to shed, I joined a gym and began working out 4-5x a week. Today, I try to go to the gym as much as possible and if not I try to find the time to work out at home. I am currently trying out Weight Watchers and have lost 6lbs so far.
