It’s only been a month since I’ve started exercising nearly everyday and trying to eat healthy. I haven’t really gone all out on eliminating processed carbs and sugar yet but this picture really motivates me to do so! Just this small change makes me happy and I can’t wait to see the progress I’ll make if I stick with the small changes I’ve made over the next 6 months or year!
