January 165lbs – May 141lbs
On the first pic I was sad and miserable almost all the time. I didn’t want to even make a move outside the door, because of my bad confidence. I cried every night cause I hated my body and didn’t feel like I had the strength to do anything about it. Until I one day decided that enough was enough. I was sick and tired of feeling the way I did, so I changed my diet. I was very addicted to sugar, like many others, but I actually didn’t crave it, cause I was so focused on the goal.
In april-may i hit a wall. My weight just stopped completely. I lost almost all my workout motivation, and I still haven’t got it completely back. I didn’t lose the motivation of eating healthy, cause I NEVER want to go back to the way I was. But now my weight has started moving again after 1 month of standing still. So DON’T lose hope, even though it seems hopeless. Keep faith in what you are doing, and never give up.
I’m only halfway through my journey, but I feel SO much better, and I hope I can motivate some of you to get up and show the world what you’ve really got! If I can do it, so can you.
