I’m a short 4’11 frame so 10lbs really do make a difference. The before is Day 6 and the right was the morning of Day 45. I used to live off of fast food and snack all day long. I started a love for soda. I noticed the weight started to pack in and was becoming really unhappy with myself. I decided to make a move and a difference for myself and my health. I only drink water and I eat 4 times a day, I don’t always eat the healthiest in the world but I definitely look at everything I eat and log it down on my fitnesspal; that app was definitely the key to my weight loss. I’m so happy with where I’m at and I’m not going to stop even when I reach my goal. I’m never going back!
