well, after taking the before photos on the 6th of June 2013 I had completely forgotten about taking progress pictures until about now. It had never occurred to me that it was actually that much of a difference. I need to say that as well as having really strong periods where everything was going really well, I had just as many bad periods. And I have sort of learned that it’s not always healthy food and exercise 24/7. After the summer of 2013 I slowly let myself go and almost completely went to my old ways, but then after New Years I decided I was going to pick myself up and continue the healthy life, and almost half a year later – here I am! It’s strange to me that woah my body has actually changed. Not dramatically, but quite a lot! And that fuels me to keep going and see what my progress will look like a year from now! And not to talk about the amount of confidence it gives me and how excellent my body feels now. I am proud of myself!
