Weight in first pic: 310 pounds
Weight in second: about 185
Current weight (bottom pic): 160
It took me about three years to lose the bulk of the 150 pounds. I eat as clean as possible (my diet could be better, I tend to eat a lot of bread lol), I workout a minimum of 4 days a week and on my non workout days, I’m always active (I work two jobs, one of which is at a gym). I make sure I do strength training, HIIT, and long duration cardio for the calorie burn. I’m saving up for a trainer to cut down 30 more pounds and hopefully I’ll be able to post new pics :).
No matter what your current weight is, love your body. It’s the only one you’ve got 💜💜
