I can definitely see progress, and I am very relieved that what I feared was loose skin is actually tightening up as I burn off the fat that’s still there. I haven’t missed a workout since I started at the end of last month – 15min elliptical, 24min treadmill, then a circuit of the weight machines – and I’m determined to keep going. I need to get weightlifting gloves, because I have blisters from the bar. I’m only moving 2 and 3lbs at a time, but I’m getting stronger every day.
My loose skin no longer “claps” when I move too fast. My pelvic pain is almost nonexistent now. I have more endurance and stamina. When I’m able to shoot more pics, I’ll be able to work longer at it without wearing myself out, and if all of the loose skin tightens up I will probably move into making explicit clips or doing cam again. I just have to make my no-no place not look so much like a shar-pei.
