-30lbs, almost 10 dress sizes. Look, I have a jawline again!
Mostly vegetarian diet (I still eat fish) with little to no processed food or fast food. I try to eat at home as much as I can, and that’s been the best thing for me so far. I’m so, so proud of myself for everything I’ve accomplished this year and for the first time in my life I feel like a healthy person (which was all I wanted in the first place).
