i was pretty upset today and didn’t feel like my hard work was showing any results. i was scared to put on this skirt because i thought that i would still look like a can of busted biscuits lol. i felt bad that i didn’t lose as much as i wanted to, but i realized that comparing my progress with other people and putting myself down is really unhealthy! fitness is a journey, not a destination. comparing these two photos was a needed pick me up! i can’t wait for the summer when i can finally wear this cute skirt again 💛
there is about ~15lbs difference between these photos! i’m 167cm 🙂
